If you didn't receive your item, or if it didn't match the seller's description, you should let the seller know by opening a request. You must open a request within 30 days of the estimated or confirmated delivery date. After you open a request, the seller has 3 business days to resolve the issue.

If you don't get a response or can't work things out with the seller, you can ask us to step in and help. Here's how:

  1. Select the item from your purchase history.
  2. Under More actions, select Ask eBay to step in. We'll review the case and contact you with the outcome within 2 business days.

Make sure to contact us within 30 days of opening the request. Otherwise, we'll assume the issue has been resolved. Your request will be closed automatically and can't be re-opened.
