If you didn't receive your item, or if it didn't match the seller's description, you should let the seller know by opening a request. You must open a request within 30 days of the estimated or confirmated delivery date. After you open a request, the seller has 3 business days to resolve the issue.
If you don't get a response or can't work things out with the seller, you can ask us to step in and help. Here's how:
Make sure to contact us within 30 days of opening the request. Otherwise, we'll assume the issue has been resolved. Your request will be closed automatically and can't be re-opened.
