You can manage return requests and track progress through the returns dashboard in My eBay. If you have an active return, select View return details to see your options, which may include:

  • Accept or decline a request
  • Issue shipping labels
  • Offer replacements, exchanges, or other solutions to help resolve your buyer's issue
  • Ask eBay to step in and help

You can also communicate directly with your buyer through messages.
