Changing subscription levels

You can change your Store subscription level to best suit your needs. Here's how:

  1. Go to My eBay > Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Select Change Level to the right of your Store name.
  3. Select a level, then select Continue.

You can also adjust your selling subscriptions. While some tool subscriptions are free, others are fee-based.

Setting your Store on vacation

You can set your eBay Store on vacation to let buyers know that you're away and when you'll be back. You can also hide your fixed price listings from view while you're away.

Here's how:

  1. Go to My eBay > Messages > Changes Settings.
  2. Select Turn ON in Store vacation settings.
  3. Select Hide and block purchases from my fixed priced listings.
  4. Select Display a return date and enter the date you'll be back.
  5. Enter a short note to your buyers in the Message to display on your storefront.

To change your Store back from vacation, select Change vacation settings, then select Turn OFF.

Closing your Store

To close your Store:

  1. Go to My eBay > Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Find your Store under Active Subscriptions, and select Cancel Subscription.
  3. Select Close store.

Make sure to unsubscribe from any fee-based selling subscriptions you no longer want—closing your Store doesn't cancel them.
